
Prior to founding EOS Capital Advisors, Ms. Rouskova was a Director with Marathon Capital, based in San Francisco. During her time at Marathon Capital, Ms. Rouskova focused on origination and execution of renewable and cleantech advisory services including nearly $3 billion of financing and M&A transactions. She was involved in numerous successful transactions, including First Wind’s sale to SunEdison, HelioSage’s sale to the Coronal Group / Panasonic, EchoFirst’s divestiture to SunEdison, Global Investment Renewable’s JV with the Coronal Group / Panasonic, as well as Seeo’s growth equity capital raise.
Prior to Marathon Capital, Ms. Rouskova was Vice President in the Global Natural Resources investment banking practice at Goldman Sachs, based in New York City and San Francisco. During her time with Goldman Sachs, she focused on the execution of over $40 billion in power, utility, and renewable transactions including public and private financings, strategic sell-side and buy-side M&A and anti-raid defense. Specifically, Ms. Rouskova worked on E.ON US’ power and gas business divestiture to PPL Corporation ($7.6bn), Calpine’s successful anti-raid defense to NRG acquisition offer ($11bn), Transalta’s successful anti-raid defense to LS Power/GIP acquisition offer ($8bn), Calpine bankruptcy-exit and bankruptcy debtor-in-possession financings ($7.3bn and $5.0bn, respectively), and many other notable transactions.
Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ms. Rouskova was an investment banker with Putnam Lovell NBF, based in San Francisco and focusing on M&A in the asset management industry, as well as an experienced financial advisor with Deloitte & Touche's audit and advisory practice in Washington DC working on various audit advisory engagements as well as supporting capital market financing transactions.
Ms. Rouskova received her MBA with concentration in Finance from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.A. in Business Administration from University of Humberside in the UK. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. Rouskova holds her Series 7 and 63 licenses.
